The late 2014 oil price downturn failed to stifle production growth of the industry, but the effects of oil and chemical spill haven’t stopped,  after one year’s delay by the exploration in Tianjin Port, presented by The Oriental Pro-Energy Consulting Organization (Topco),  the 5th Conference and Exhibition–Oil Spill Response Workshop（OSRW 2016), the only one of its kind in China, will be held on 8-9 December in Beijing China.
