1.Background

China has entered a new stage of modern emergency management when established the Ministry of Emergency Management in March 2018. At present, the technological and industrial revolution of " Intelligence + Big Data + Cloud Computing" is accelerating, and the internet big data technology application is upgrading in the oil spill response industry. What are the prospects and trends of oil spill response sector? Topco will hold the 6th Conference and Exhibition - Oil Spill Response Workshop (OSRW 2018) in Beijing on 6-7 December 2018. OSRW 2018 is the biennial event that delivers solutions for improving prevention, preparedness and response of oil spills in inland, offshore and marine environments.
