HES Specialist from Chevron to Attend OSRW as Speaker

Mr. Leo Yin,  HES Specialis from Chevron has confirmed that he will attend OSRW 2018 as Speaker.

1.Support construction and production team to deliver result with fully compliance with chevron OE requirement and promote positive safety culture inside the organization by organizing different kinds of HES promotion activity for example behavior based safety champion and respiratory protection champion etc.

2.Proactively engaged in developing and execution training programe of prevent serious injury and fatality tool to identify and mitigate risks for high risk activity. Develop HES training matrix for project phase 2 and improve the training materials, organize and conduct HES training as planned.

3.Work as HES aspect expert to participate incident investigation and verify & validate the action follow up. Accountable for the lesson learned internal info sharing and investigation report initiating.

4.Plan, organize and conduct site audit through documentation inspection\ Employee Interview and site observation periodically, assign action with trouble shouting recommendations and tracking on the action close out progress.

5.Improve the EHS management system and deliver effect hazard analysis and risk assessment, give solution to internal customer as per needs and execute incentive program.

6.Accountable for the EHS system execution and conduct site engagement as per the routine frequency, follow up on the action items and update the progress to management.

7.Support public relationship department keep good relationship with local government and ensure fully legal compliance with national regulation, also be proactive in solving crisis.
